Hi, I’m Casey Moss.
Moxie Culture was born out of pain, both personal and observed. I’ve worked for some awful bosses, some ho-hum ones and a few incredible people. I’ve learned something valuable from each one of them. As a mediator and coach, I’ve witnessed far too many people struggle just to get through the day and keep it together. Too many people have become the working wounded. It doesn’t have to be that way. That’s why I created this podcast, so that organizations can make the right choices in creating cultures that allow people to thrive. When the people thrive, so do the organizations!
My professional life is built on this simple principle: I help people and organizations get where they want to go. It’s a privilege to work with clients to create greater purpose, success, momentum and happiness in their lives and work. I work with individuals, teams and whole organizations to develop movement, momentum and a positive way forward to achieve their goals
I’ve been building bridges between individuals, departments, organizations and communities my whole career. How we ENGAGE others is the cornerstone. It’s at the core when things are great and when they’re bad, but best of all, it’s the place where the future begins. It is raw potential.
I’m a little outrageous and a bit irreverent, but completely authentic.
